With the vigorous development of green economy in China, the photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly. Photovoltaic enterprises adopt new ideas, new designs and new materials to provide safe, economic, reliable and multi-functional solar photovoltaic support for domestic users. Only in this way can photovoltaic power generation be widely promoted and developed in China.
At present, the materials used for solar photovoltaic support are hot-dip galvanized steel frame, stainless steel frame and aluminium alloy support. In the cost composition of solar power generation system, the cost of solar photovoltaic support accounts for about 12%, which is only next to 56% of solar cells and 14% of converters. Nowadays, the solar photovoltaic support made of plastic materials has been developed in Europe and the United States, and has gradually replaced some parts of the metal support and actually installed. Therefore, the developed plastic solar photovoltaic support has high weatherability and corrosion resistance, does not need to increase the cost of anti-corrosion treatment, because of its light weight and plasticity, it can be integrated with the appearance of the building design, and can also be reduced. Light floor load is the inevitable direction for the future development of solar photovoltaic support in photovoltaic industry.
